My water bill doubled and I called Rainforest in a panic. Amber could not have been nicer or more helpful on the phone and Rob showed up two hours later, which was ahead of schedule. He figured out where the leak was and fixed it within 15 minutes. He was nice, professional and competent. I have already referred them to a neighbor who has a problem as well. They helped me with a problem 10 years ago and still had full records of the problem at that time also. Very reasonable and efficient, I am so grateful and relieved!

Today’s service was the second time Bryan was my technician. I find him to be very professional & knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my ac & made the repair. He is also very friendly & courteous. He notified me that he was on his way & gave me an estimated time of arrival, which I found very helpful.
