COVID-19 Update: How we’re looking out for you!

To our valued clients,
As you are aware, the events surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus) have created a unique situation that we have not experienced before. We hope all of you have been able to seek out the guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as you determine how best to protect yourselves, your employees and your families.
We just want to let you know that Rainforest Plumbing & Air will continue to operate and provide our services. We also want to assure you that we too are taking precautions. For the safety of both our clients and our employees, we have instituted the following safety measures:
Technicians have been provided with necessary protective gear.
Technicians are to stay home if they are sick.
Management is poised to be aware of all cases of sickness, if they arise.
Technicians have been asked to wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, an alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be used as a temporary solution.
Technicians will practice social distancing and avoid close contact with others.
Our field iPad units will be frequently sanitized. If you would prefer not to touch to sign an invoice, please let your technician know.
Technicians will refrain from shaking hands with others.
Technicians have been instructed to remain courteous and respectful of others’ containment procedures.

We prevent unnecessary contact between technicians and customers by approving digital estimates and invoices right from your inbox.
