ARIZONA’S FAVORITE SINCE 1999
Our mission is to deliver excellence in customer service by being timely, accurate and fair. Our standards are to respond to customer needs, through an efficient order and dispatch system, hiring qualified technicians, and maintaining an accurate pricing structure.
Rainforest Plumbing & Air started in 1999 as a 2-truck operation. President and founder, Ike Tippetts, having graduated with a Masters in Business Administration, found himself answering phones and dispatching around the clock! The commitment was to “do whatever it takes.” We’ve come a long way since those days…
No one likes dealing with HVAC & plumbing problems in Tucson, but thankfully Rainforest is there to fix all of your issues with amazing customer service makes the experience less painful. Rainforest Plumbing and Air serves the greater Phoenix area as well and offers residential and commercial services, along with emergency repairs, 24-hours a day!
As a family-owned and operated business, Rainforest Plumbing and Air places great emphasis on preventative maintenance and won’t stop at anything to ensure that your pipes and units are working effectively and efficiently, which passes the saving on to you.
Run into an issue in the middle of the night? No problem! That means if you are having an emergency plumbing or HVAC issue at midnight, Rainforest will be there to fix it. Other services offered by Rainforest Plumbing and Air range from water heater installation, clogged drains, air conditioning malfunctions, and much much more.
“First-time customer and I am totally impressed with your company.
Your service tech Matt just provided service to my home. He cleaned out two drains and provided an estimate and advice on repairing a drain leak on an underground P-Trap cast iron fitting. I am a first-time customer and I am totally impressed with your company. Matt was courteous, efficient, answered all my questions and provided service above and beyond my expectations.
As Matt was leaving, I wanted to get a feel for the relationship between the Rainforest workers and the President, so I asked Matt if he knew Ike Tippetts. His response was a very positive “Oh yes he meets with us on a weekly basis.” When I told Matt what had impressed me with Rainforest Plumbing he said that he would let Mr. Tippetts know because Ike always appreciates such feedback. I thanked Matt and told him I was also going to write this email.
Since my decision to use your company was based on two web sites, let me leave you with this joke from Kylie, my 9-year-old granddaughter:
‘What did the spider say to the fly?’ ‘See you on the web!’ ”
